Export clients from Jobber
In Jobber, open Clients and use the client-list export. Do not export jobs, invoices, or quotes. Clean Scheduler reads the Clients CSV: one row per property, with a J-ID that ties properties to the same person.
Import the file
In Clean Scheduler, open Customers and choose Import. Upload the CSV, review the preview, then confirm. Customers who are already in the workspace are skipped. A second upload of the same file does not create duplicates.
- Names, one email, one phone, and service addresses are kept
- Extra emails and useful notes land in internal notes
- Archived Jobber clients are skipped unless you turn that option off
- Portal invites are not sent during import
What stays behind
Visits, quotes, invoices, and saved cards are not in this import. Finish open balances in Jobber, then schedule new work and send new invoices from Clean Scheduler.
FAQ
Will importing email my customers?
No. Import creates the customer record only. Send a portal invite later from the customer profile if you want them to sign in.
What if I import the same Jobber file twice?
Clients already matched by their Jobber id, email, or phone plus last name are skipped. New service addresses on an existing client can still be added.
